Do I need plans drawn for my project?Yes, for any structural project to be certified by your local authority (i.e. Council), plans will be needed.

Who will draft my plans?Red Building can provide draftsmen and architects for your project, however if preferred you can source your own. |

How much will my project cost?This will depend on your building project. We will cater to individual needs and tailor the project to within your budget. |

How long will it take to complete?This will depend on the size of the project. Red Building is committed to you and your project from start to finish, time management is of utmost importance. We have a number of teams who are allocated to each project – ensuring consistency throughout the process. |

Will I have to pay a deposit?Yes, for projects under $20,000 a 10% deposit is required and over $20,000 a 5% deposit will be paid. This is to be paid on acceptance of the quotation. |

Do I need to make payments throughout the building process?Yes, progress payments will be made as per the standard HIA contract. |

Do I receive a fixed quotation?Yes. However changes can occur within the building process and we are happy to amend pricing according to your needs. Early communication is the primary focus between yourself and Red Building. |

Is there a warranty?Warranties on specific products are as per the manufacturer’s warranty (e.g. Appliances, skylights etc.). A BSA (Building Services Authority) structural warranty of 7 years applies. |
