What do I receive for my investment?

Your total investment with Red Building will cover your licence fee, initial training, an assigned business coach, an opening promotional package, a detailed Operations Manual and access to training videos, as well as legal and accounting advice. You will also be provided with estimating software. And most importantly, ongoing support from the franchisor.

What training is involved?

When you join the Red Building Team you will be required to undertake initial training. This is structured over a 3 week period. Your first week will involve in house training with the franchisor as well as number of days with your allocated business coach. The following 2 weeks will be spent on site and/or in your office ensuring all the relevant systems are in place.

Ongoing training is also given – as part of your role as a franchisee you will be required to attend regular and structured training– this to ensure you remain focussed and committed to the development of your Red Building Franchise Yearly conferences will also be held with all Red Building Franchisees across the country.

What are the marketing rules of Red Building?

In the past, Red Building has not needed to invest substantial sums into promoting the brand and has relied primarily on referrals from satisfied customers. That in itself is testament to our vision and the credibility of our product and service. Franchisees have access to a range of advertising and promotional tools including, standard advertising layouts, website, merchandise and signage.

In addition our customer appreciation program ensures that Franchisees are able to tap into the referral system that we have developed.

Do I have an exclusive territory?

Refer to the Franchisor for further details on territory.

How do I quote my jobs?

As part of your franchise fee you will be provided with quoting software. In your initial training we will take you through the process of quoting your building projects using the software. You will also be given ongoing technical support in regards to the specifics of quoting. Any questions you have when quoting will be answered promptly, either over the phone or on-line.

Can I run the business on my own?

A Red Building franchise is designed for all levels of growth. From working on your own through to having a team working with you, the choice is yours and we are here to support your structure.

Do I need a builders Licence?

Yes and No! Red Building can cater to your needs if you have your builders licence or not.

If you are a carpenter who is thinking about obtaining your builders licence but don’t necessarily know what step to take next, Red Building can help you!

We can fast track the process for you and when you complete your licence you will also have your own Red Building business to run, with all systems and procedures in place to support you.

If you already have your licence, GREAT! You’ll be ready to learn steps towards financial freedom by running your business professionally and efficiently.

Regular intakes of new franchisees are throughout the year. Please contact Red Building for information on the next available date of intake.
