	Prompt Estimates and Quotes I will give the client a prompt verbal estimate followed up by a detailed quotation for their project.		Open Communication Communication is the key for a positive client relationship. I speak in a positive manner and greet and farewell people using their name. Any upsets should be apologised for and then focus on a solution. I am honest and always speak the truth.
	Commitment Red Building are committed to your building project, from the design phase right through to completion. All queries will be addressed throughout this process.		Balanced I remember to take time for my family and friends, they are just as important as my financial and intellectual aspects. I ensure my work is completed to be able to spend quality time with myself, my family and my friends.
	Systems Red Building has systems in place to allow you to develop your business and unlock its true potential. I will follow these systems to make changes and implement various strategies.		Team Work I am part of a team, being a player and a leader. I do what is required to achieve team goals. I am able to seek help if what I’m doing is not working.
